Manager / Team Leader
In this role you will support client transactions and strategic decisions by delivering decision intelligence insights. You will build relationships with current and prospective clients and serve as a primary contact. You will supervise staff, mentor analyses and presentations, and drive data analytics to inform valuations and methodologies. You will gain exposure across buy/sell side, FP&A;, restructuring and strategic decision support. This is a growth-driven, collaborative opportunity at Kroll.
- Build and act as primary contact for current and prospective clients
- Provide insight on target industries, markets and competitors
- Manage valuation and decision intelligence processes and select methodologies
- Identify and communicate potential engagements to management
- Supervise and mentor staff on analyses, reports, and presentations
- Drive insight through data analytics
- Gain exposure to buy/sell side transactions, FP&A;, restructuring and strategic decision support and data analytics
- Bachelor in STEM or Master in STEM or relevant work experience
- Accounting or other financial professional qualification
- Demonstrated field experience
- Proven leadership including client relationship management and staff development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong verbal and written communication
- Passion for learning and self-directed study in technical subjects
- Broad sector experience desirable; Private Equity, Infrastructure, Renewables and Financial Services a plus
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint knowledge
- Power BI, Alteryx, SQL Server and Python a plus
