We’re launching our very first GoStudent Tuition Centers in Arese — and we’re looking for driven Centre Managers to lead the way This is your chance to join a fast-growing global EdTech company and take ownership of an exciting new hybrid concept that blends online, group, and in-person tutoring. You’ll be at the heart of a passionate team, with real impact on students, families, and the local community.
Location: Settimo (on-site) Contract: Fixed Term, tempo parziale (approx. 30h/week) in the afternoon, with a fixed base of 20.000 € plus a 5% Gross profit of the centre
Your Role in Our Mission
- Drive local marketing and sales initiatives as an individual contributor to grow the customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets
- Work alongside and coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers), fostering an engaging and supportive environment
- Oversee the daily operations of the GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services
- Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results
- Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and tutors
- Report directly to the Head of Revenue for the market
