Lear is seeking a Logistics Analyst to ensure plant logistics run on time and meet performance targets across manufacturing sites in Italy. You will support inventory accuracy, spare parts management, reporting, and PFEP maintenance.
You will coordinate cycle counts, analyze discrepancies, and manage BOM changes while tracking KPIs and service levels to drive efficiency and compliance with cross-functional teams.
