Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Supply Quality ManagerYour Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Data Analytics & Business Applications Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions, digital applications, and automated workflows that support business operations and decision-making.Work model: #LI-onsiteIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:Developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI monitoring solutions while maintaining and continuously improving business data repositories and reporting ecosystems.Designing, developing, and maintaining internal business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Python, .NET, and React technologies.Automating data collection, consolidation,
and reporting processes and identifying opportunities for digitalization and operational efficiency improvements.Acting as business owner for digital applications by gathering requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and translating business needs into functional specifications.Leading and coordinating application development, executing functional and UAT testing, and exploring AI-assisted development, Generative AI tools, and modern software practices to accelerating innovation and solution delivery.Qualifications for the Role:Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Management Engineering or related fields.Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, digitalization projects, or business application development.Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft ecosystem tools. Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling principles.Experience
