What will you be doing?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engagement Manager to lead AI solution deployments across a broad range of clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in consulting,
with a proven track record of managing technology deployments and delivering exceptional results. You will need a deep understanding of the AI solutions you’re deploying to ensure successful deployments. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior client leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring that the deployment team meets the established goals and objectives, and helping each client prepare for and manage the necessary change within their organization to deliver the expected business value. This role supports clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), General Merchandise, and Retail industries.
Job Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end client engagement for AI deployments, acting as the senior, trusted partner accountable for delivering against jointly defined success criteria, spanning business outcomes, technical integration, and adoption.
