Position
We are looking for a Business/Technical Analyst, Foundations & Knowledge Management to help shape the knowledge foundation and its integrations. You will translate business needs into clear technical requirements, analyse data and systems, and help test and improve the solutions that feed AI customer care.
Responsibilities
Requirements & Analysis
Gather and analyse knowledge management and integration requirements across brands and translate business needs into clear technical requirements
Analyse existing knowledge sources, data flows, systems and processes to identify gaps, issues and opportunities for improvement
Define and maintain the content model in partnership with the Foundation PM, ensuring knowledge is structured effectively for downstream systems and AI-powered customer care
Map knowledge sources, data flows and integration points and identify how information should flow between systems
Translate requirements into user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders
Implementation & Testing
Support the implementation and configuration of knowledge workflows and integrations, including making adjustments where appropriate
Design and execute tests, analyse results and troubleshoot issues to validate that changes improve the quality and performa
