As an Account Executive,
you will be responsible for...
Driving year-over-year sales growth within the assigned North Italy territory
Developing and executing strategic sales plans for residential HVAC OEM customers
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers across customer organisations
Identifying new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
Promoting sustainable and low-GWP refrigerant solutions (e.g. CO2, R290, A2L)
Collaborating with internal teams across sales, engineering, and product management
Maintaining accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
Delivering customer presentations and value-based selling approaches
Managing full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to deal closure.
What you already have...
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
Experience within HVAC, refrigeration, or residential heating/cooling markets preferred
