V&V; SW Tele_2026 The Telescope Department at OHB Italia is dedicated to the design, development, integration, and deployment of remotely operated optical telescopes supporting international Space Safety initiatives, including Space Surveillance and Tracking (SST) and Near-Earth Object (NEO) detection.

and effective commissioning of Flyeye telescopes during deployment campaigns.This role is responsible for developing and executing verification and validation activities, diagnostics, end-to-end testing, and system stabilization during commissioning on site.
You will collaborate closely with software developers, systems engineers, quality assurance teams, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to identify defects, verify compliance with specifications, and support the delivery of reliable, high-quality software solutions.The role requires: experience with software testing methodologies and automation frameworks, and a solid understanding of software development processes; strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate software, interfaces, and commissioning logic within a multidisciplinary field team.You will be responsible for testing, installing and configuring system control software, leading functional, integration and end-to-end tests, driving first-line troubleshooting, and coordinatin
