This role will focus on sourcing, analysing, and executing logistics real estate investment and development opportunities across Italy.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, evaluate, and support execution of logistics real estate acquisitions and developmentsPerform detailed financial analysis, underwriting, and cash flow modellingConduct market research, comparable analysis, and site-level due diligenceBuild and maintain relationships with brokers, advisors,
