The Field technical specialist acts as the primary technical point of contact on-site, coordinating all field activities and ensuring that project objectives, customer requirements, technical standards, and safety regulations are achieved. This role requires a strong field presence, frequent travel, and close collaboration with customers, project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.What will you do?Support the tendering and proposal preparation process, including technical assessments and site surveys.Develop and review technical solutions, specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards.Supervise and coordinate installation, commissioning, testing,



and start-up activities at customer sites.Manage on-site activities by working closely with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.Provide hands-on technical support during commissioning and troubleshooting activities, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.Monitor project execution in the field, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, safety, and performance targets.Act as the primary technical interface with customers during site execution, translating customer needs into practical actions and solutions.Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure alignment between on-site activities and overall project objectives.Report project progress, identify risks and mitigation actions, and support effective project communication.Monitor site-related costs and support budget control activities throughout project execution.Travel frequently across national locations to support project implementation and customer operations.What qualifications
