N Position Type Non-Management Pay Range: 22.491 - 24.000 euro Position Summary Service guests, escort guests to table when appropriate and offer to deliver food orders to guest tables according to hotel specification, courteously and efficiently. Also assist in the maintenance, cleanliness of the restaurant area and equipment QUALIFICATION Essential:
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
- Ability to provide legible communication
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to have basic computer knowledge
- Wine knowledge
Desirable:
- High school graduate, some college
- Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service
- Certification in alcohol awareness program
- Ability to communicate in a second language
SKILLS
- Ability to understand guest’s service needs
- Ability to access and input information into Micros system
- Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to several guests within any given period of time
- Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision

Job Functions
- Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation, proper table set-up and dress code of restaurant
- Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available in the restaurant and respective glassware and garnishes
- Maintain knowledge of the particular characteristics and description of every wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list
