Ready to change the world of law? The role You are the single point of accountability for internal IT and the workplace as we scale from 200 to 300+ people across 4+ countries. You own device lifecycle, access, company software, and the technical experience of all-hands and internal events. You build the foundations (IdP, MDM, inventory, processes) and make them scale with growth. We are looking for a builder: someone who has already set up or structured IT ops in a growing company, not only operated a mature stack. What you will do Foundations (first months)
- Select and set up an IdP (e.g. Google Workspace, Okta) and MDM for device management
- Build a complete asset inventory and its lifecycle
- Put onboarding/offboarding on a process, with tracked and timely access removal (security-relevant)
- Define the support model that fits Milan and the out-of-office teams best as we grow
