At Lexroom , we don’t just promise career growth; You are the single point of accountability for internal IT and the workplace as we scale from 200 to 300+ people across 4+ countries. You own device lifecycle, access, company software, and the technical experience of all-hands and internal events. You build the foundations (IdP, MDM, inventory, processes) and make them scale with growth.
We are looking for a builder:
someone who has already set up or structured IT ops in a growing company, not only operated a mature stack.
Google Workspace, Okta) and MDM for device management
Build a complete asset inventory and its lifecycle
Put onboarding/offboarding on a process, with tracked and timely access removal (security-relevant)
Define the support model that fits Milan and the out-of-office teams best as we grow
IT Operations & Support
Point of reference for day-to-day technical support (hardware, software, connectivity) in Milan
Remote support and coordination of local hands for Barcelona, Madrid and Berlin
Onboarding / Offboarding & access
Devices and access ready for every new hire’s day one, across all countries
Asset inventory and lifecycle (purchase, assignment, reassignment, decommissioning)
SaaS & Vendor Management
Ownership of company-level software subscriptions: licenses, renewals, costs, seats
