execution-focused approach.Job SummarySupport business transformation initiatives by analyzing processes, operating models, and organizational structures to identify opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders to deliver transformation projects, governance frameworks, and service delivery improvements.Contribute to project planning, reporting, change management activities, and transformation roadmaps to ensure successful delivery.Develop business insights and executive presentations through data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. For this position, the job level is C3 under the Metalmeccanico National Collective Bargaining Agreement. The gross annual salary range is between 24.000 e 38.500.Sk
