MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
- AEROSPACE AREA As manufacturing Engineer, you will be involved in all manufacturing Engineering activities of Casaletto Vaprio plant: ensure alignment of production data with the customer design and develop a culture of quality, safety and EHS for the Aerospace production.
You will develop operational excellence according to the site's strategy and define manufacturing processes of the plant,
by optimization and efficiency of people, materials and equipment.Technical Skills:Master's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Process Engineering or equivalentExperience in reading technical drawings/specifications, including identification of Key Characteristics (KC)CAD knowledge with Catia V5 or similarExcellent knowledge and use of the full Microsoft Office suiteItalian C1 (native speaker preferred) and English B2Soft Skills:Problem solvingStrong team player, especially across different functionsQuality, results and continuous improvement orientedNice to Have:3-4 years of experience in EN 9100 (or ideally Part 21)Experience with Metrology, ASME tolerances or equivalentExperience in transparencies manufacturing processes and the main processes involved (forming, machining, lamination, bonding and painting)Lean Manufacturing experience, Six Sigma Green BeltAdditional languages at a minimum B1 levelWhat we Offer:CCNL Gomma Plastica
