We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Automotive Engineer to provide high quality support to our customers. This role is ideal for candidates with a technical background in automotive engineering and experience in areas such as CAE analysis, vehicle performance engineering, or testing & validation.
Your Growth Opportunities:
Support engineering activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
Perform or support CAE simulations and engineering calculations to evaluate component and system performance.
Contribute to vehicle performance analysis, testing, and validation activities.
Coordinate technical activities among cross-functional teams.
Track project progress, monitor milestones, and report project status to stakeholders.
Ensure timely execution of engineering deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
Identify technical issues and collaborate with the team to implement effective solutions.
Support project planning, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your skills that will help us to get ahead:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Approximately 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: CAE engineering and engineering calculations/Vehicle Performance Engineering/Testing & Validation (mechanical systems)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
Project tracking and progress monitoring skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Total compensation:
Contract type: (Permanent )
Level: CCNL Commercio
Gross annual salary (RAL): €(30.000) – €38.000
