Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Service Team LeaderYour role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the Service portfolio is delivered effectively according to ABB standard processes and safety guidelines to satisfy customers. Each day, you will execute technical support, act as a specialist, and solve problems in your own area of expertise. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams proactively to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth.The work model for the role is:
#LI-onsiteYou will be mainly accountable for:Providing technical support and solving problems in own expertise area via remote or on-site service in any Service category.Determining effective Service applications, equipment, and methods to develop, market, or manufacture new Service offerings to respond to customer requirements cost-effectively.Providing technical consulting on Service solutions to management and customers.Identifying new sales opportunities, proactively communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth.Qualifications for the role At least 5 years' experience in service activities.Experience in coordination engineering teams about design of control logic for energy production systems, DEHC, BMS, boiler, etc.Specific knowledge of software applications in power market like Reactive Power Regulation "Sart", Primary Frequency Power Regulation.At least 5 years' experience in the commissioning phase of the above-mentioned ap
