Site Engineer

Due to the urgent hiring requirement and visa processing timelines, preference will be given to candidates currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.
Activities:
- Supervise daily site activities related to piling, shoring, and foundation works.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate with surveyors, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor progress and prepare daily site reports.
- Verify setting out, pile locations, reinforcement, concrete placement, and construction tolerances.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients.
- Resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Monitor productivity and report deviations from the project schedule.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and site records.
- Support project management in achieving project objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in piling and foundation projects.
- Experience with bored piles, CFA piles, diaphragm walls, secant piles, anchors, and micropiles.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Familiarity with UAE construction practices.
