Job Responsibilities

Job Summary

The TA Program Specialist will play an important role in shaping the TA strategy for Syneos Health. The role is responsible for partnering with members of the Talent Acquisition team to drive program management of one or more key initiatives in support of the team.



This role owns and supports programs that meet the needs of candidates, hiring managers, and the TA team so that Syneos Health can most effectively and efficiently find, attract, and hire the best talent. Scope may be regional or global in nature.

Core Responsibilities

- Supporting employee referral program, beginning with an end-to-end process and overseeing the functional deployment of a referral tool, internal communication initiatives (e.G., intranet hubs, newsletters)
- Handled employee and management inquiries, ensuring high service levels and compliance
- Creating policies, training materials and process
- Delivered reports, presentations, and data-driven insights to business leaders worldwide
- Developed internal recruiting campaigns and strategies in partnership with global recruiting teams to encourage employee referrals and attract top talent
- Collaborated with agencies and business leaders on external recruitment processes to ensure a streamlined hiring experience, while overseeing the full lifecycle of contractor administration—from onboarding to extensions and purchase order increases.
- Managed relationships with global stakeholders, partnering with Procurement, Accounts Payable, TA delivery teams (recruiting, systems, reporting), Business Units, Finance, HRIS, Payroll, Legal, and third-party vendors

Qualifications

- Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in progressively challenging Talent Acquisition roles
- Experience supporting programs or assisting with projects that enhance TA effectiveness
- Experience working in a global environment.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Management or related discipline preferred.
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or other Talent Acquisition role
