We reimagine the possible across the nuclear industry every day.About the role:As a Welding Supervisor, you will play a hands-on role in supporting welding operations, including equipment and personnel, at the Monfalcone site. You will ensure that welded products meet the required quality standards while complying with production schedules. The role involves direct supervision of welding activities, evaluation of materials and processes, and continuous improvement of safety, quality, and operational efficiency. This is a full-time position.You will report to the Technical Services Manager and be located in Monfalcone, Italy.
This role is 100% onsite.Key Responsibilities:Assess welder performance and recommend additional training or qualification programs to improve technical capabilitiesEnsure adherence to safety protocols, welding procedures, and verify that welding equipment is maintained in proper operating conditionCritically evaluate the performance of welding materials and selected processes; provide structured feedback to internal functions when performance does not meet expectationsParticipate in the definition and optimization of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), including welding processes, parameters, and filler materials, balancing safety, quality, and costIdentify and correct poor fit-ups, over-welding, and inefficient practices that lead to material waste, excessive rework, scrap, unnecessary physical effort, or production delaysManage welding qualification documentation and maintain accurate records of welding monitoring and supervision activitiesPerfor
