E-commerce Lead

We are looking for an experienced freelance E-commerce Lead to manage and improve the day-to-day performance of our online store. This is a tempo parziale role.

You will work with a remote team, including a web developer, SEO specialist, and Marketing Manager. The website has a large product catalogue, so experience managing a similarly complex store would be valuable.

The role also includes some level of customer service and personalised email outreach to VIP and returning customers. We are ideally looking for someone based in Italy or the UK. Still, we will also consider candidates in other locations who are available to work consistently during London business hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day trading and maintenance of the Shopify website.
- Oversee launches, merchandising, collections, navigation, promotions, and content across a large product catalogue.
- Monitor performance through GA4 and Shopify Analytics, turning data into clear priorities and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion through funnel analysis,



customer behaviour tools, testing, and website optimisation.
- Coordinate website updates and fixes with the relevant developer, SEO specialist, or technical team member, then test and follow through to completion.
- Carry out regular QA across product pages, navigation, mobile, cart, checkout, and tracking.
- Maintain e-commerce reports and forecasts, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actions required.
- Manage low-volume customer service enquiries and personalised clienteling for VIP and returning customers.
- Review e-commerce competitors and identify relevant opportunities for the website and customer experience.

Essential Experience
- At least two to three years of hands-on e-commerce experience, ideally within luxury, fashion, jewelry, beauty, lifestyle, or another premium category.
