Your role
As a Sales Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth, profitability, and market share for Hongfa's products within your assigned territory in Northwestern Italy. You will act as both a commercial and technical partner to customers while developing new business opportunities and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
Your responsibilities
Promote and sell the Hongfa product portfolio within your assigned territory
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers
Act as the primary commercial and technical interface for customers
Proactively identify, acquire, and develop new customers
Develop and expand the regional distribution network
Prepare monthly sales reports, including forecasts and project pipelines
Develop annual budgets and sales action plans
Represent Hongfa at trade fairs and events
Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share in line with Hongfa's business development strategy
Your strengths
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
or a comparable technical qualification
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales of electronic and/or electromechanical components
Strong technical understanding and customer-oriented mindset
Experience with electromechanical and/or passive components
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and CRM systems is an advantage
Experience in the Energy and Industrial markets
Customer-focused, results-driven, and committed to building long-term business relationships
Native or fluent proficiency in the local language and fluent English are required; additional language skills are an advantage
