Profile
The selected candidate will join the Research and Development team.
They will be responsible for performing technical tests, laboratory experiments, and experimental activities on materials, products, or systems, contributing to the improvement and validation of company processes. The candidate should also be able to carry out tasks related to mechanics, motion control, robotics, metrology, signal analysis, data analysis, and software development.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Preparing and conducting experimental tests in accordance with defined procedures.
- Recording and analyzing test results.
- Collaborating with engineers and technicians in planning experimental activities.
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and the workspace in proper order.




- Reporting any anomalies or potential improvements.

Requirements
- A degree in a STEM/CS field, preferably in Physics, Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
- Ability to perform tests with precision and attention to detail. Good manual skills and familiarity with laboratory or measurement instruments.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

This position is open to candidates of any gender (Italian Law 903/77).
