Luca Solda ( and his team are waiting for you to take on new challenges. Together, you will support our clients in transforming their IT towards cloud solutions. Specifically, your responsibilities will be:
- Deepen technological knowledge on the ServiceNow platform
- Deepen knowledge of the processes on which ServiceNow Platform application solutions are modeled (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, SecOps, …)
- Deepen knowledge of business processes and Market Best Practices that support the technologies and solutions offered to Clients (ITIL, Security, Standards, Project Management,…)
- Apply acquired knowledge to support project activities for the end customer
- Work in a project team reporting to a Project Manager or a Technical Leader
- Help and contribute to the growth of colleagues and the company

Based on the skills acquired, more qualified responsibilities in the project area and in relations with the end customer may be assigned. And the remuneration? We will discuss this openly during our next steps. --
