Job Description
Manage end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects; Manage high-value CAPEX programs (hundreds of millions) across complex, mixed-use developments; Oversee feasibility, design management, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning activities; Coordinate and manage all third-party contractors, consultants, and suppliers; Ensure compliance with local regulations, permitting, health & safety, and environmental standards; Managing supplier selection and procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management; Monitor budgets, timelines, risk, and quality (QA/QC), ensuring efficient delivery and cost control; Establish and manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)



strategies and long-term infrastructure planning; Oversee day-to-day facilities operations (security, catering, cleaning, maintenance, FOH) across all assets; Ensure readiness and compliance with Emergency Action Plans (EAP) and Normal Operating Procedures (NOP); Interface with local authorities and key stakeholders, ensuring strong alignment and smooth approvals; Report to senior governance, providing regular updates on progress, financials, and risks; Promote sustainability initiatives, including energy optimization, waste reduction, and environmental compliance (., photovoltaic opportunities); Apply tools and systems (., Oracle FM, CFG standards) to infrastructure management.
