Il ruolo richiede competenze in Total Reward, valutazione del lavoro, benchmarking e gestione delle politiche retributive in contesti multi-giurisdizionali e multicurrency. Il candidato fornirà supporto tecnico, analisi e consulenza ai leader e ai team HR della regione SEA, contribuendo anche a progetti di trasformazione del reward. Il contratto è a tempo indeterminato con modalità ibrida e include benefit come valido pasto, assicurazione sanitaria integrativa, piano di risparmio azionario e programmi di sviluppo professionale.

Overview of the role:

The Reward Partner reports to SEA Head Of Reward. The role holder will establish a deep understanding of business challenges and provide guidance on the application of reward policies and processes for the international part in SEA Region (all the countries outside Italy). We operate a centre of excellence model where Reward Partners have Country level responsibility for delivery of the reward offer to our employees. Ideally you will have experience in Total Reward Frameworks, Employee Benefits including Share plans, Job Sizing, Market pricing & Benchmarking and Performance Related Reward in an international context.
