Supervise the operational procurement team, ensuring compliance with punctuality, quality, and efficiency standards. Define, communicate, and monitor procurement routines and rules, ensuring their consistent application across the team. Act as the reference point for managing critical issues, aligning the procurement function with other company areas (Planning, Product Development, Purchasing).
Responsabilità del lavoro
Supervise the procurement team. Oversee operational procurement: order management, delivery monitoring, and timely resolution of deviations (delays, emergencies, discrepancies). Coordinate with suppliers to promptly resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or quantities. Implement corrective processes in collaboration with the Purchasing team and internal stakeholders to prevent supply chain risks (supplier capacity management, compliance…). Collaborate with Industrialization, Product, and Quality teams to ensure all technical approvals are available before order release. Oversee the management of quality holds,
returns from production sites, and DIBA anomalies, ensuring continuity of delivery plans. Maintain constant interaction with Planning, Product Development, and Production to anticipate and respond to complex operational situations. Monitor performance KPIs in collaboration with the KPI & Reporting Analyst and proactively propose process improvements. Manage supplier performance reviews together with Purchasing and the KPI & Reporting Analyst.
Profilo
Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent. 7+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, ideally in the luxury sector. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and digital tools. Excellent command of Excel and Power BI (or equivalent tools). English level B2 minimum; French knowledge is considered a plus. Proven experience in managing and developing teams. Gross annual salary of at least €60,000 CCNL Pelli e Cuoio Livello Quadro
