The Product Development Manager leads and supervises the entire development process of leather goods collections. They are the point of reference for the Creative Direction, ensuring that each model reflects the identity and quality standards of our Maison.

Responsabilità del lavoro
Development Process Management:
Translate creative drawings into detailed technical datasheets and accurate bills of materials. Quality Control and Technical Fitting:
Conduct technical reviews of prototypes, identifying critical issues and proposing improvements. Ensure high quality standards, typical of the luxury segment. Validate product functionality (structure, weights, volumes, wearability). Collaborate with industrialization to optimize processes, costs, and timelines. Supervise the fine-tuning of models for mass production. Guarantee replicability, precision, and adherence to technical specifications. Interfunctional Relationships
Interface with style, production, and external suppliers.



Participate in collection progress meetings and prototype review sessions. STRATEGY
Aesthetic sensibility combined with solid technical expertise. Artisanal vision and ability to innovate materials and constructions. Precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. Proactive attitude oriented towards continuous improvement. KEY TASKS
Analyze data and identify areas for improvement. Propose corrective actions and process optimization plans. Present periodic reports to the Creative Direction, Product Development, and Production. Guide the team towards a culture oriented towards measurement and continuous improvement.
Profilo
Consolidated experience (7-10 years) in the leather goods product development sector. Quality-oriented and strong attention to detail.
