As a member of the GPQSS Management Team, you will own the long‑term profitable growth and strategic positioning of a diverse portfolio spanning grid connections, power electronics, e‑mobility, BESS, hydrogen, and emerging edge‑driven solutions. You will manage offerings across their full lifecycle to ensure alignment with market needs, business strategy, and financial targets.



The location of this role is flexible within Europe and will be determined in later stages. How you will make an impact
- Lead the GPQSS Product & Solution Management team and its full portfolio (Grid‑eXpand, e‑STATCOM, STATCOM, SVC Light®, SFC Rail, BESS, Energy Hubs, Power Quality, digital add‑ons), ensuring lifecycle excellence and alignment with organizational strategy.
- Drive global market intelligence—monitor trends, competitors, and regulatory shifts—and translate insights into portfolio strategy, innovation priorities, and segment‑specific value propositions.
- Shape and execute the portfolio roadmap, including new developments, enhancements, cost and complexity reductions, and phase‑out decisions to maximize competitiveness and profitability.
