Adecco Italia Spa is looking for a CLEANING SERVICE MANAGER for an important company operating in the multi-service sector. The selected candidate will be placed within the Brunico Healthcare District and will play a key role in coordinating operational activities and managing personnel. Responsibilities
- Verify and monitor the quality of the cleaning service provided;
- Organize and plan the team's work activities;
- Manage personnel (shifts, attendance, holidays, permits, illnesses, and onboarding new resources);
- Interface daily with the client to ensure the correct execution of the service;
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.

Requirements
- Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in the cleaning or services sector;




- Good organizational skills and resource management;
- Problem-solving attitude and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Possession of a B driving license;
- Residence in Brunico or surrounding areas;
- Availability and flexibility in working hours in case of operational needs.

- National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Multi-services, 4th level;

Working hours Full Time, Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 12:00 and 15:00 - 19:00 Workplace
- Brunico Healthcare District, with operations in the Brunico and San Candido (BZ) areas.
