Adecco Onsite Malpensa is looking for personnel to be trained as Check-in Agents for the Milan MALPENSA airport, for an important airport reality. The role involves managing passenger registration and boarding activities, in accordance with guidelines defined by supervisors and client airlines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma; a degree will be considered a preferential title.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English (which will be tested during the interview) and preferably a second foreign language.
- Availability to work shifts, including nights, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Availability to attend a pre-employment training course.

Seriousness, precision, and a predisposition for interpersonal relationships complete the profile. We offer:




- Initial fixed-term contract (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for air transport – handlers section), with the possibility of extension.
- Working hours: tempo parziale 30 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
- Gross annual salary (RAL) between 20,000 and 22,000 euros, applied NCBA Assohandlers, employee qualification, 6th level of entry. Night shifts (20:00-8:00) are paid extra. Meal vouchers of 7€ and free parking within the airport premises are also provided.

Previous experience in the role may be valued during placement. Education:
- Diploma / Academy - Humanities / Linguistics

Languages:
- English: Excellent comprehension
- Italian

Skills:
- Airports - Check-in operations, excellent level
