KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to companies to assist them in business model transformation, process improvement and digitisation, risk analysis and management, and support in extraordinary finance transactions. As a Governance & Innovation Senior Consultant , you will join our Operations team with the mission of leading complex digital transformation programs and ensuring effective governance on innovation-driven projects. You will support our clients in activities with a focus on innovation challenges, leveraging your management and technical skills . Directly interacting with our customers,
you will lead digital transformation decisions with a strong eye on both business and technology . Specifically, you will help our customers to drive the change with specific tasks:
- Governance models to support innovation and digital initiatives in line with leading practices
- Provide support for complex innovation initiatives across digital and application domains
- Define, establish, and evolve models for the governance of complex, multi-stakeholder project portfolios
- Develop methodologies for monitoring, reporting, and controlling project performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs, milestones, and budgets
- Drive the definition and continuous improvement of digital processes , translating business requirements into actionable solutions
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and engage with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the growth of the practice through knowledge sharing,
