Your Role:
- Assist Italian-speaking customers by phone, chat, or email
- Provide friendly, helpful support for everyday questions
- Troubleshoot with patience and empathy (training included)
- Work with international teams and represent global brands

Requirements:
- Fluent Italian speaker (C1/C2)
- Conversational English (B2)




- Comfortable with computers & willing to learn
- Positive, adaptable, and ready for a change
- Open to relocation starting September
