Job Description:
DXC Technology Italy is looking for a Senior Public Sector Business Analyst to join the DXC AdvisoryX Offering.

Responsibilities
Lead client interviews to identify business issues and define effective solutions.
Take end-to-end ownership of functional and process analysis within assigned Public Sector engagements, from requirements gathering to solution validation.
Document and design processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.), analyzing and resolving complex process issues.
Drive impact within the client's organization by developing and transforming their business and IT strategies.
Design roadmaps describing as-is and to-be customer environments.
Contribute to proposals, bids, Statements of Work and other deliverables using a concise, professional writing style.
Shape, prepare and deliver client presentations, workshops and proposals.
Guide and mentor junior/mid-level colleagues on analysis and requirements-gathering activities.
Coach and support individual clients, focusing on their personal success.




Identify risks and assumptions, shaping program governance, and interface directly with stakeholders to monitor alignment with business needs.
Contribute to defining and optimizing processes and procedures within the Public Sector practice.
Take part in large Digital Transformation engagements with cross-functional teams.
Contribute to the hiring process through interviews assessing analytical and functional competencies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics and Mathematics.
Experience in Management Consulting domain (Public Sector)
Knowledge of EU Cohesion Policies and funding programs (e.g. ERDF/FESR, PNRR, ESF+/FSE+, JTF)
Familiarity with systems such as REGIS, OpenCoesione, FSC, SIL, and monitoring of strategic programs
Experience in Data Intelligence and/or AI-related project
