MAW . Divisione Search & Selection, Polo di Torino is recruiting, on behalf of an international company specialized in the production and supply of sun protection and shading systems, part of a global group composed of 4 companies worldwide, a:
Junior Controller
You will play a key role in supporting the financial and strategic development of the German business unit within an international and dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities
• Manage the company’s operational financial controlling activities
• Prepare, analyze, and comment monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning
• Monitor financial performance, including variance analysis and identification of root causes
• Create management reports and KPIs to support leadership and business departments
• Support investment analysis, business cases, and financial evaluations
• Contribute to the optimization of controlling processes, reporting structures, and internal standards
• Collaborate closely with accounting, management, and cross-functional departments




Your Profile
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field
• Solid experience (2 to 4 years) in financial controlling or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and KPI analysis
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent English skills, as the role involves direct interaction with the Group CFO and international stakeholders
• Good knowledge of German (minimum level B2)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on mindset
