What you will do
You will join a dynamic and collaborative team, where you will have the opportunity to manage and optimize partnerships with the most influential vendors in the sector. Here are your main responsibilities:
- Vendor & Partner Management : support daily ICT relationships, monitoring channel requirements, certifications, and partnership levels
- Joint Business Plan (JBP) Support : collaborate in defining and tracking strategic plans, monitoring KPIs
- Go-To-Market & Sales Enablement :
update Sales Playbook and support materials for the Marketing and Sales team
- Adoption & Renewals : manage the contractual lifecycle, promote renewals, and identify cross and upselling opportunities
- Administrative Management & MDF : manage vendor incentives, rebates, and MDF funds
- Reporting & CRM : prepare reports and monitor partnership performance
- AI Enablement : use generative AI tools to optimize analysis, reporting, and research
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a motivated person with a strong passion for the ICT world and strategic partnerships. Here's what we expect: Mandatory requirements:
- Experience : 2-4 years in similar roles (Partner Specialist, Vendor Specialist, Channel Support or Business Development) in the ICT/System Integration sector
- ICT vendor knowledge : direct experience with channel programs from vendors such as Cisco, HPE, Dell Technologies, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.
