As a remote support specialist, you will assist Italian-speaking clients with their inquiries and technical issues, ensuring a seamless support experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers via remote channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve various technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
- Assist customers with product functionalities and offer solutions tailored to their needs.
- Document support cases thoroughly and accurately in the system, maintaining comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and address complex problems effectively.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved and to gauge satisfaction with the service provided.




- Stay updated on industry trends and company products to enhance knowledge and provide informed support.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or a technical support role is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote working environment.
