Your Rotation Path Throughout the program, you will gain a holistic understanding of the product lifecycle by rotating through key business areas:
- Research & Development (R&D;): Contributing to the design and development of innovative systems and smart solutions.
- Testing & Validation: Practical activities in our Test Bench Labs , using specialized instrumentation to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Application & Field Engineering: Implementing and testing solutions directly on machinery and real-world applications.
- Project Management:
Gaining essential skills to coordinate complex technical projects, managing timelines, resources, and international stakeholders.
International Experience The program features international assignments , including rotations at our global facilities. These experiences are designed to deepen your understanding of our global manufacturing footprint and to build a worldwide professional network. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on the development of cutting-edge engineering solutions.
- Support validation processes through advanced testing and measurements, both in-lab and on-site.
