We are currently seeking a EMEA Technical Product Manager t o join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy
The Technical Product Manager – Thermal Chain is responsible for owning and shaping the end to end thermal solution across the full lifecycle, from architectural definition and engineering feasibility to market enablement and adoption.
This role is critical in ensuring technical coherence, performance visibility, and alignment across product lines, regions, and business units, while enabling sales, solutions architects,



and marketing teams to successfully position and sell integrated thermal solutions.
What kind of work will you be doing?
- Define and maintain engineering-level product and solution specifications, primarily but not limited to Technology Cooling Systems
- Be able to make engineering level preliminary evaluation at Thermal Chain solutions level.
- Sustain deep technical conversations at Thermal Chain level across the full thermal chain.
- Contribute to make/buy decisions, platform strategies, and roadmap technical alignment across BUs
- Bring working knowledge of HVAC control logic, software-enabled features, and coding concepts (PLC logic, BMS integration, algorithms preferred) to shape SOO to meet customer needs.
- Navigate and interpret Revit models and 3D layouts and draft preliminary solutions.
- Ability to make single line diagrams for preliminary solution proposals
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Technical Sales and Solutions Architects, especially
