About the Role
Spencer Corporate Travel Australia is looking for an experienced and hands-on Finance professional to lead our financial operations as Finance Manager, and play a key role in the continued growth of our business. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll oversee the full finance function—from financial reporting and forecasting to operational accounting, cash management, and business partnering. You'll also serve as the finance lead for Tramada, our travel management system, ensuring the integrity of revenue recognition, commissions, and financial data across the business. Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Prepare accurate financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Deliver meaningful financial insights and reporting to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, company accounting policies, and internal controls.
