The resource will be responsible for managing the entire production process of the Castelguelfo plant, specialized in the manufacturing plastic packaging for the pharmaceutical industry.
Main activities:
Ensuring the effective execution of production activities, guaranteeing the achievement of productivity, quality, efficiency, and service targets. Driving plant reorganization initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, improving efficiency, reducing waste, and fostering employee engagement, with a focus on Lean Manufacturing principles Coordination of production activities and technical teams, promoting collaboration among Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and other plant functions to ensure the achievement of operational objectives Promoting and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, supporting the development of an effective safety culture aligned with company policies and standards Skills
At least 3/4 years of experience as Production Manager in a manufacturing company Experience in plastics or pharmaceutical fields will be considered as a plus Fluent in English language Strong leadership skills and a continuous improvement mindset Good people management and communication skills Education
Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar fields

Annual Based Salary: 60.000 € - 70.000 €
