Wood is recruiting for a Contracts Lead to join our Contracts Team in Milan focusing on providing contracts negotiation support to our Project businesses in Milan.
The role also supports the Life Sciences business in the eastern hemisphere and provides support to wider Milan business. The position will be based in Corsico (Milan) office, with the possibility to work remotely up to two days per week.

Qualifications:
Degree in Law Legally qualified (preferred but not required) Knowledge, skills and experience:
Experience and proven track record of contract review, drafting and negotiation: 5+ years Relevant Client Facing Contracting Experience: 3-5+ years In addition to undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience, the individual should have work experience in the industry which would allow understanding of and
