Don’t miss the chance to shape your #FutureInSight with us Your role As Quality Process Engineer you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards. Main responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement in quality and processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with production supervisors, operators,



and maintenance teams to address quality issues and ensure smooth workflows.
- Investigating and troubleshooting quality related product or production issues.
- Support the implementation of process improvement projects to enhance quality standards.
- Develop and maintain quality-related documentation, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Main requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a complex environment as Quality Engineer.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Quality tools (Fishbone, 5 whys, root cause analysis, …).
- Problem solving skills.
- Good Knowledge of Ms Office.
- Basics of Statistics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
