Are you looking for a next challenge as Maintenance Manager in one of the most valuable hotel companies in Europe? We're looking for a Hotel Maintenance Manager in Rome, to lead and oversee the hotel infrastructure and ensure functionality and safety.

What would you do?
- Ensure the hotel premises are safe and functional for guests and employees alike.
- Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards.
- Arrange routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities (e.g. kitchens, tennis courts etc.).
- Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests.
- Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outages).
- Find ways to reduce hotel operating costs and conserve energy.
- Supervision of installations and machineries.
- Following-up of the whole hotel machinery prevention plans.




- Deal with external suppliers and subcontracted companies.
- Team guidance to keep clients satisfied and conformable.

What we need?
- Proven experience as Maintenance Manager/Maintenance Supervisor in hotels.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and systems in hotel industries.
- Experience in administrative processes (e.g. budgeting, performance management).
- Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly.
- Leadership skills.
- High level of Italian
- Good level of English or Spanish
- Organization, proactivity and commitment to meeting health and safety standards.
