Your Tasks Responsibility for the care, management and wellbeing of our horses Lead and oversee the daily operations of our equestrian department Plan, organise and continuously develop our equestrian programme Deliver riding lessons for beginners and advanced riders, as well as lead trail rides Coordination and supervision of the daily operations of the riding arena and stables Lead, motivate and develop the equestrian team Ensure the highest standards of quality,
