Education University degree (preferably in Business, Finance or related filed) Experience Proven experience (3 years minimum) as a Relationship Manager in the payments/banking/financial industry Strong understanding of financial markets and payments business Excellent communication, negotiation,



and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships based on trust and integrity Ability to bring discussions at strategic level Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the industry Domains Payments/Market Infrastructures/Relationship Management Key Responsibilities Manage and Grow Customer Relationships Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned customers, primarily medium-sized financial institutions and market infrastructures. Identify customer needs, business opportunities, and emerging market trends to support Swift strategic initiatives, customer satisfaction, and strategic account development. Develop and Execute Account Plans Contribute to the development and execution of customer account plans
