The selected candidate will be employed directly by the client and join the planning team supporting a major Data Centre development in the Milan area. The position includes a short initial onboarding period in Amsterdam, providing direct exposure to the company's planning standards, systems and international delivery model. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Planner who enjoys turning complex construction information into clear, reliable programmes. The role will provide visibility across the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction and procurement through installation, commissioning and handover. Key responsibilities Develop,
maintain and control the integrated construction master programme from pre-construction through to commissioning.Gather and validate progress information from site teams, engineering disciplines and subcontractors.Monitor the critical path, milestones, dependencies, interfaces and construction sequences.Translate project data into clear progress reports, curves, variance analyses and completion forecasts.Identify emerging delays, constraints and programme risks before they affect key delivery dates.Prepare realistic mitigation measures, recovery schedules and alternative sequencing options.Support resource planning, productivity reviews and production-rate analysis.Represent the Planning function during client, project-team and subcontractor meetings.Assess change events, delays and their potential impact on the approved programme.Maintain consistent project-control procedures and accurate planning records.Work closely with constructio
