You'll lead a team of 10 specialists, supported by our BPO partners, balancing operational excellence with continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with Alessandro, our new Head of AML, you'll help shape the team's next chapter by strengthening performance, developing your team, and building on the positive momentum already underway.️ What you'll doOwn the daily run: oversee task assignment and alert monitoring every morning.Drive control quality: analyze control results, get to the root of KO reasons, and assign remediation across first and second line topics
