CSA Quantity Surveyor | Milan (Hyperscale DC) Tier 1 Contractor

- Take a key commercial role as CSA Quantity Surveyor, managing the financial and contractual performance of complex Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) packages.
- Work alongside Project Directors, Commercial Managers, CSA Leads, Construction Managers, Planning Teams and Client Representatives on one of Europe's most technically advanced Mission-Critical Data Centre projects.
- Long-term pipeline of Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Semiconductor and Advanced Manufacturing projects across Italy and mainland Europe.
- Excellent opportunity to progress into Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager, CSA Commercial Lead or Commercial Director positions.

A leading Tier 1 Contractor is seeking an experienced CSA Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team based in Milan, Italy, initially supporting the successful delivery of a major Hyperscale Data Centre.
