Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania has a network of 35 branches in different cities of the country and will continue to expand strategically following closely the economic development of Albania.
Main responsibility:
The Branch Manager has to carry out all the activities related to Branch Management by using and coordinating maximally all available sources in order to reach the respective economic, commercial and incomes objectives, in accordance with Bank policies, whilst ensuring and promoting service quality, long term customer relationship and taking the necessary actions for attracting new customer.
Requirements/skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Significant experience in the banking sector and at least 3 years of work experience in managerial or supervisor role in the Branch.
- Experience in managing staff.
- Ability to deal effectively with people and to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proven sales skills
- Very good communication
- Good PC knowledge
- Fluent
